The head office of the complex is located in Jalalabad city, Nangarhar province, and in addition, it has active branches in several other provinces including Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif, Kunduz, Baghlan, Faryab, Farah, and Khost, providing wide access to its services across the country.
The leadership of the complex is managed by a competent and experienced administration, where the Director is Mr. Besmillah Habib zai and the Deputy Director is Mr. Ihsanullah Mohsin. Under their leadership, the complex has achieved remarkable progress, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality services, particularly in the poultry sector.
The complex has a professional and well-organized team consisting of educated, skilled, and experienced staff. This team specializes in poultry farming, nutrition, disease diagnosis, and treatment. Recently, the complex has also expanded by establishing a veterinary and agricultural pharmaceutical manufacturing company under the name of Akhwat Mohsen, further strengthening its capacity across all sectors. The veterinary doctors and poultry disease specialists of the complex strive to ensure poultry health through modern and scientific methods and to address the challenges faced by farmers and farm owners in a timely manner.
